About Me

Hello all! I'm Ms. Jackson, an English teacher here at Richmond Hill High School. I have been teaching 9th Grade English for the past five years and have also taught Film as Literature, Horror & Suspense, Introduction to Multicultural Studies, and even Living Environment.

I attended Wesleyan University (Connecticut) for my undergraduate degree and St. John's University (Queens, NY) for my Master's degree and I am originally from Indianapolis, IN.
I truly believe that community is what makes a school function and as such, I am heavily involved in our school including coaching our school's Girls' Indoor Track and Girls' JV Soccer teams and co-running our school's club for LGBTQIA students and their allies, Rainbow Coalition.
